Child Therapy
Ages 4-11

Approach To Child Therapy
Whether a child is experiencing developmental, behavioural or traumatic/abusive situations, I am here to provide them with an open space to get them back on the right track.
The approach to child therapy is a bit different, a larger focus is put on expressive arts therapy, getting them to play and creating a comfortable and safe space. This helps create a foundation-building environment where coping mechanisms and resiliency can be instilled.
Youth Therapy
Ages 12-18

Approach To Youth Therapy
The adolescence age is a tough time for many, for a variety of reasons. It could be traumatic experiences from the past and/or present, mental health related issues or behavioural patterns that tend to change in adolescence. Despite the cause, there is always a way to achieve the best you.
Youth counselling is approached with a combination of strategies. The focus is to create that safe space where youth can freely express what’s on their mind, expressive art therapy, and a focus on relational dialogue to really understand what’s going on and how help can be assisted.
Adult Therapy
Ages 18+

Approach To Adult Therapy
There are a lot of experience points within adults, they have experienced childhood, adolescence and are now adults. No matter the circumstance, mental health issues, life crises, anger/stress management, etc. You can be assured that I can help.
The focus for adults is to really get conversation going, to feel safe and open up about how you truly feel and what you are going through. Our goal is to find and develop the inner strengths that lay within, while helping rebuild your self-identity to love yourself for you.
